Memora is a smart Android app that helps you remember commitments, deadlines, and important details—without you having to type them out. Imagine you're reading an email or a message that says "Call the dentist on Friday at 3 PM" or "Submit the report by Tuesday". Normally, you'd have to switch to another app, create a note, set a reminder... it's tedious.
With Memora, a small floating button sits on top of whatever app you're using. Just tap it once, and Memora instantly "reads" the text on your screen using incredibly fast AI technology (Groq responses in just 0.25 seconds, plus Google's Gemini VLM for visual understanding).
Memora then extracts key information like:
It saves all of this automatically to your calendar or notes—so you never forget an important commitment again. No typing. No switching apps. Just one tap.
Powered by Groq, Memora processes screen text in just 0.25 seconds. It's basically instant.
Uses Gemini VLM to visually understand your screen, not just copy text. It knows the context, so it captures what actually matters.
No complicated gestures or menus. Just tap the floating button and Memora does everything else.
The floating button lives on top of any app—email, WhatsApp, browser, notes, anything. It's always there when you need it.
Extracted commitments are automatically added to your calendar or note-taking list. You don't have to do anything.
Memora only reads the specific screen you're on when you tap the button. It doesn't continuously record anything.
Getting Memora on your Android phone is simple. Just follow these steps:
⬇️ Step 1: Visit the link to download the application
Click the button below to go to the official download page. On that page, you'll find the latest version of Memora file to download.
Step 2: Allow unknown sources
Since Memora is downloaded directly from GitHub (and not from the Google Play Store), your phone might ask you to allow installations from "unknown sources." This is completely safe—just go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable downloads from your browser (or simply tap "Allow" if prompted).
Step 3: Open the downloaded file
After the download finishes, find the file in your notification bar or your Downloads folder. Tap on it to begin installation.
Step 4: Grant the necessary permission
Memora needs a "Display over other apps" permission to show its floating button. When asked, go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Memora → Display over other apps, and toggle it on. This is also safe and only used to show the floating button.
Step 5: Open Memora and start using it
Once installed, open Memora from your app drawer. The floating button will appear on your screen. Now whenever you're reading something important, just tap the button. Memora will take care of the rest!
Memora combines two powerful AI technologies to make capturing commitments effortless:
Groq processes text at lightning speed—about 0.25 seconds. When you tap the button, Memora sends the screen text to Groq for extremely fast analysis, so you get your result nearly instantly.
Gemini VLM (Visual Language Model) helps Memora actually see and understand your screen visually. So it can pick out relevant pieces—like a meeting time hidden in a paragraph, or a deadline in a chat message—rather than just grabbing random words.
Together, they capture the meaningful stuff from your screen and save it where you need it: your calendar, your notes, or both.
Yes, Memora is completely free to download and use. No hidden fees or subscriptions.
Memora is designed to work on Android devices running Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. The floating button works across all apps without interruption.
Yes, absolutely. Memora only processes the specific screen you're viewing when you tap the button. It does not record your screen continuously or store your information beyond the commitment details you ask it to save.
Memora automatically saves extracted dates, times, and action items to your default calendar or note-taking app. You'll see them appear there right away.
Yes, Memora uses cloud AI services (Groq and Gemini), so it requires an active internet connection to process your screens.
